A 68-year-old woman from Baltimore city of Maryland has won a lottery worth $25000 using the numbers from her sister’s dream.
The lottery winner told Maryland lottery that she picked numbers for her picks from her dreams and picked the number for the last pick from her sister’s dream.
She said that her sibling saw a dream in which she rode a bus with the number 23815. Using this number, she bought a 50-cent ticket from a store and was very much astonished when she saw the results for this ticket.
The Baltimore woman, in an interview with the lottery company said: “I was excited. I saw nothing in my Pick 3 and Pick 4 tickets, but when I checked the Pick 5 it was straight across. I couldn’t believe it.”
She was very happy and said she was going to use this money to pay her bills.
Another such event took place earlier when a man from the state of Virginia won around US$390,000 from a ticket that he was going to get rid of. He was reportedly doing his laundry when he found a five dollar bill with a lottery ticket.
He said that he was going to throw it away then he thought that it still might be worth some money. When he checked his computer, his ticket had the exact same numbers that won him US$387,450 to be exact.
