The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) has decided to move the Sindh High Court (SHC) to remove its reservations about the delimitations in Karachi and interior Sindh
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, the MQM-P will soon file a petition in the Sindh High Court on the issue.
The MQM-P decided to move the court after the meeting with Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja.
The MQM-P held a meeting with the CEC and raised its concerns. The party has reservations about the delimitation in in Kemari, Malir and Korangi areas of the Sindh capital Karachi.
The MQM-P has raised concerns about the new constituencies in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Nawabshah and Mirpur Khas.
It also raised the demand for changing Sindh Election Commissioner Ijaz Anwar Chauhan.
