Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has expressed his concern over the PTI’s ‘solo flight’ as far as its movement against the present government is concerned, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The party leaders, in their speeches, before and during their November 24th protest in Islamabad had criticized the JUI-F chief for not joining them in their anti-government campaign.
However, when the protest failed to produce the desired results and the PTI protestors were dispersed by the law-enforcement agencies personnel on the night between November 26 and November 27, the party looked towards other opposition parties, including the JUI-F.
It was then that Fazl expressed his reservations and even sent videos to the PTI leadership to convey to them his displeasure.
On the other hand, the party leaders have sought time from the JUI-F chief for a meeting so that they could address his concern.
Now they will meet with Fazl once they all are granted bail in the November 24 protest-related cases.
