Bitter rivals unite at Kashmir Day rally

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail and Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah set aside their bitter political rivalry when they jointly led a rally to express solidarity with their Kashmiri brethren, in Karachi on Wednesday.
Murad said the butcher of Gujarat (Narendra Modi) has unleashed genocide in held Kashmir, therefore a case of war crime should be filed against in him in the International Court of Justice.
This he said while addressing the rally taken out from Kashmir Road to Mazar-i-Quaid to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir. The Sindh government had organized the rally which was attended by Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Chief Secretary Mumtaz Shah, almost all the provincial ministers, advisors, special assistants, provincial secretaries and senior police officers.
The chief minister said that Modi has unleashed a wave of terror against the Muslims of India, particularly against people in occupied Kashmir. “Your hands are stained with the blood of innocent Kashmiris and one day you will have to face cases of war crimes in the International Court of Justice,” he said.
Quoting one of the speeches of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Murad recalled ZAB had said “Being a human being I can commit mistakes but in the matter of Kashmir negotiations I cannot commit any mistake.”
“Today, everyone in Pakistan raises the slogans- Kashmir banega Pakistan, Kashmir will become part of Pakistan,” he said and vowed the people of Pakistan would continue their struggle for the liberation of Kashmir from the Indian clutches.
Murad urged international community, human rights watchdogs and everyone feeling the pain of the people of Kashmir to raise voice for them and wake up the international community from slumber to liberate Kashmir from Indian occupation.
Sindh Governor also spoke on the occasion and expressed solidarity with the people of Kashmir. Imran Ismail said Kashmir issue was highlighted more by the steps taken by Modi government. He predicted that India will break up into many parts.
He said February 5 is an important day to remember the sacrifices rendered by the people of Kashmir, which has been turned into one of the biggest jails in the world. “Injustices in Kashmir have reached at peak and today the entire nation is reiterating the pledge that Kashmir will become part of Pakistan,” he said.
