The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has restructured its Planning and Designing Wing, renaming it the Planning & Development Wing and creating new posts under the revised framework.
According to the notification issued following the CDA Board’s 17th meeting on December 10, 2024, significant changes have been implemented to improve the efficiency and scope of the wing.
Notably, the Director General (DG) post from CDA Hospital has been shifted to the Planning & Development cadre.
Additionally, the title of DG Planning Wing has been updated to DG Urban Planning.
The CDA Board has approved these modifications to enhance planning and urban development initiatives in Islamabad.
