LHC bars NAB from arresting Rana Sana

March 5, 2020 03:47 PM

The Lahore High Court on Thursday granting pre-arrest bail to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Rana Sanullah barred the National Accountability Bureau from arresting him.

The High Court hearing the petition of pre-arrest bail filed by Rana Sanaullah ordered him to submit two security bonds of Rs0.5 million each.

It is to be noted that last year on December 26 Justice Chaudhry Mushtaq Ahmad of the Lahore High Court issued 9-page detailed verdict on the bail granted to Rana Sanaullah in drugs trafficking case.

After the bail from the court, NAB summoned the outspoken leader of PML-N in assets beyond the case.
