On the issue of non-payment of Rs15 billion to the Capital Development Authority (CDA), an arrest warrant for the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) chairman has been issued on Friday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the arrest warrant of the IESCO chairman was issued by the Senior Special Magistrate Sardar Muhammad Asif.
The IESCO was a defaulter of the CDA and despite several notices, did not pay Rs15 billion to the authority so the magistrate issue an arrest warrant for non-response to the notices.
