The Pakistan Cricket Board interim management committee led by Zaka Ashraf has been given an extension of three months, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

A decision to this effect was taken by a meeting of the caretaker federal cabinet held in Islamabad on Saturday.

Interim Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar presided over the meeting. The PM who is also the patron of the PCB has already stated that no big decision was in store and matters regarding the committee would be decided at the end of the ongoing World Cup in India.
