The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has remained steadfast in its determination to promote women's active participation across all facets of society, ensuring their voices are heard and contributions acknowledged, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
PML-Q convened a meeting at the Muslim League House in Lahore on Saturday, presided over by Ch Mohammad Sarwar, the Chief Organizer of the party.
PML-Q Punjab General Secretary Ch Shafay Hussain, and the President of the Women's Wing Farah Khan took part in the meeting.
The meeting resounded its commitment to expedite initiatives aimed at bolstering women's empowerment and expanding party membership.
During this gathering, notifications for various leadership positions were also issued.
This meeting took place in the backdrop of the upcoming elections scheduled for February 8, and the PML's vision for a transformed Pakistan stands at the forefront of its election manifesto. The party is resolute in its mission to combat corruption, revitalize the agricultural sector, and ensure equal access to healthcare and education for all citizens. The agenda also encompasses the establishment of state-of-the-art hospitals and educational institutions across the country.
The PML-Q also pledged in its manifesto to initiate the construction of dams with the aim of completing them within a year.
In addition to these vital commitments, the PML envisions the creation of international-level technical education centers, offering young generations the skills and knowledge essential for a prosperous and promising future.
