Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Salman Akram Raja said on Monday that his party was going to launch a new movement, which would conclude with the release of party founder Imran Khan and freedom of the entire nation.

He said that a nationwide movement would be announced at a public meeting in Swabi on November 9. He said the entire nation would have to stand up and come out to secure freedom and save Imran Khan’s life. He said the upcoming movement of the PTI would be a decisive one. He said that people's lives and self-respect does not matter anymore. He said that what happened to Intizar Hussain Panjutha and Zille Shah could happen to anyone in Pakistan.

Speaking on the occasion, Imran Khan's sister Aleema Khan said the jailed former prime minister had called for a revolution for justice in the country. She said that Imran Khan's life was in danger. She said that those who had put Imran Khan in jail were in no mood to free him. She said the PTI would launch a peaceful movement for Imran Khan's release. She said that Imran Khan would not strike any deal and he has not met anyone in this regard. She said that those announcing a good news about Imran Khan's release should stop doing this because their was no truth in these reports. She said that Iman Khan was kept in a 10 x 7 foot room without electricity just to torture him mentally.

Aleema Khan said that she would be jailed again as she is receiving threats. She said that authorities are just waiting for the right time to arrest her again. She said that some people protested against former chief justice Qazi Faez Isa in the United Kingdom, but their relatives were picked up in Pakistan. She said that even children were being picked and tortured in Pakistan. She appealed to the new chief justice of Pakistan to dispense justice before people take the law into their own hands.
