A district leader of Awami National Party (NAP) was shot dead by unidentified armed men riding a motorcycle in Bannu, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to police, the incident took place near the Engineering University campus on Bannu-Dera Ismail (DI) Khan Road.
ANP district leader Sher Wali Baghi died in firing by the armed men.
On information, police reached the spot and shifted the body to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
