Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Monday said that with the addition of 51 new confirmed coronavirus cases the tally has jumped to 932 in the province.
The provincial government has so far conducted 9,589 COVID-19 tests, he said.
The CM on Monday also presided over a meeting of health department for establishing ICUs and isolation wards across Sindh.
There are 662 people being treated in isolations wards of different government hospitals and 342 people are in their houses, while 190 citizens are in private hospitals, Murad said.
He appealed to the philanthropists to donate in the CM COVID-19 relief fund.
Sindh Information Minister Murtaza Wahab said that until now 130 people infected with novel coronavirus have recovered and 17 died.
