The free fall of the Pakistan rupee against the US dollar stopped Monday as local currency made a strong comeback against the green back as the trading started for the first day of the new week, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.
According to details, the record-breaking spree of the US dollar against Pakistan rupee ended when Pakistan rupee gained Rs1.07 on Monday morning against the one US dollar.
In the inter-bank market, the US dollar was being traded for Rs175.70 after seeing a decline of Rs1.07. Previously, one US dollar was being traded for Rs176.77 in the interbank trade.
