A boy of Gujranwala became a dacoit in love of a girl from Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to police, the accused identified as Asad snatched a motorcycle and Rs60,000 from a citizen on Jinnah Road along with an accomplice named Bilal.

After that, both the accused went into hiding out of fear. The police, however, arrested the accused from Shahdara, Lahore through the location of their cell phone.

In his statement before the police, Asad said that he would love a girl from Karachi and fulfil her demands.

He added that he had planned a dacoity when he ran short of money to fulfil a big demand of the girl.

He also told the police that his girlfriend had demanded an iPhone Pro Max from him, and therefore he carried out a dacoity to arrange money.
