Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said women have due share in motorbike schemes.
She was addressing the closing ceremony of the First Punjab CM Pink Games.
Some 1300 women players from 20 universities partake in the four-day gala.
Maryam said the sportswomen impressed her. The chief minister praised the sportswomen and vowed to provide them with all-out facilities to thrive.
“I am delighted to see your games and talent.”
She promised the women to provide them with safe and secure envenomed and urged parents to let them come out and become independent.
“I think Allah has made me CM Punjab for you.”
She told the gathering that she travelled on metro bust too.
Earlier, she visited the Shahdra metro bus terminal and opened the renovated station damaged during the overhead bridge construction.
