International Cricket Council (ICC) Sunday fined 10 per cent of the match fee to each player of the Pakistani team for bowling less overs in the allotted time in the last match against New Zealand, the 24NewsHDTV channel reported.
The players were fined for slow over rate in the last match against New Zealand and the team captain Babar Azam acknowledged his mistake by accepting the penalty.
Earlier, in the World Cup match against South Africa, the team was fined due to slow over rate too. The team was penalized 20 per cent of the match fee. Babar had accepted the penalty then too.
