Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan described the act to increase the number of Supreme Court judges as an ‘attempt to capture the top judiciary’.
Talking to the media outside the Adiala Jail, she said Imran Khan said that what happened yesterday was the acts to justify the ‘system of oppression’.
She cited her brother as saying “This is how democracy and justice systems are buried.”
She said the PTI founder sent a message to his supporters and party workers to stand firm against the forces to suppress their freedom.
She added: “The PTI founder stresses that this country is ours, we have to live in it.
“They are taking away your freedom. The only way to fight back is to come out against this oppression.
"Take to the streets in millions, otherwise you will have to live in this system of oppression. For justice, we have to do justice in this country."
Yesterday, she said the jailed former prime minister had called for a revolution for justice in the country.
She said that those who had put Imran Khan in jail were in no mood to free him.
She said the PTI would launch a peaceful movement for Imran Khan's release.
She said that Imran Khan would not strike any deal and he has not met anyone in this regard.
