Twenty-six passengers were offloaded on Wednesday from a foreign flight at Islamabad International Airport for having fake Covid-19 vaccination certificates, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Reportedly, 26 passengers were taken off the PA-2744 flight of the AirBlue Airline when the airport staff found that their vaccine certificates were counterfeit.
Due to the negligence of the AirBlue staff, the passengers were issued boarding passes.

The certificates are checked before issuing the boarding cards.
Saudi Arabia has made vaccination certificates mandatory for travel.
