The lawyers of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Thursday submitted a request to the court to present Imran Khan in the Judicial Complex for the hearing of the Golra Police Station case against him.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PTI Chairman's lawyers appeared in the court of Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad in the case registered against Imran Khan in Golra police station.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's lawyers filed an application to move the accused from Adiala Jail to the Judicial Complex for hearing the case.
As per the channel report, Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC Islamabad issued notice to the parties, seeking arguments on October 12.
