At least two people were killed and another five including two police sustained injuries in a blast in Khuzdar.

The explosion took place at Umer Chowk in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan.

Law enforcers and rescuers reached the spot.

The injured were taken to hospital.

Police have launched an investigation after cordoning off the area.
