Three people, including a woman, who were riding a motorcycle were gunned down by their rivals in Tandlianwala due to old enmity, reported 24HD News Channel on Monday.
The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Bahlak Police Station in Tandlianwala. All the dead persons were later identified as Zoran Bibi, Abbas, and Muzammil.
Sources said that the incident took place due to an old rivalry between two groups. Soon after receiving the report of the incident, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the Saddar Division Police Station, along with a heavy contingent of police, reached the crime scene.
Earlier in January 2025, some armed men shot dead three persons and injured another of their rival group who were locked in the Saddar police station in Tandlianwala.
Police said here that the victims, belonging to the Sukhera group, were in police custody under Code of Criminal Procedure (CrCP) Section 302 in a case no 1209/24.
The armed criminals entered the station from the back side, locked down the premises, and opened indiscriminate firing on the lockup, killing three brothers—Bilal, Usman, and Nasir—while injuring Asif (their cousin). After committing the crime, they managed to escape.
