A Bangladeshi couple following a moto ‘Hiking through Ride’ reached Lahore where the both praised the hospitality of the Lahorites, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Irfan said that he was fond of biking since his childhood and when he got married he started planning to visit Pakistan on a bike with his wife. “We visited the Walled City of Lahore, Gulberg, Barkat Market, and many more places. People are so nice here. The hospitality is overwhelmed.”
Especially the variety of food was really amazing, Irfan told 24News TV channel standing at the Azadi Interchange in front of the historic Badshahi Mosque and Minar-e-Pakistan.
Irfan’s wife said both faced bad weather and landsliding in Kashmir and Ladakh and multiple other challenges but did not budge and continued their journey.
Irfan was of the view that the best plan is to not have any plan. “We are just exploring the countries one after another,” he said.
Both also participated in the candle-lit vigil held at Lahore’s Liberty Chowk in memory and homage to martyrs of the Lasbela tragedy.
