Saudi interior minister arrives in Islamabad on a day-long visit

Interior Minister of Saudi Arabia Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud bin Naif arrived in Pakistan on a day-long visit on Monday at the special invitation of Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The interior minister received his Saudi counterpart and six members of his delegation at Noor Khan Airbase, Rawalpindi. 

Secretary Interior Yousaf Naseem Khokhar was also present on the occasion. 

Situation in the region, release of Pakistani prisoners from Saudi jails and other issues will come under discussion at the formal meeting between the ministers and their delegations which will be held at the Ministry of Interior’s office later today.  

Prince Abdul Aziz will also call on President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan during his stay in Islamabad.
