Gujrat police have registered case against close aides of former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and Wajahat Hussain, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

Police have registered case against 11 nominated accused and 16 unidentified people. 

According to FIR, Mohsin had sustained injuries when 11 nominated and 16 unidentified accused allegedly opened fire on Mohsin and Afzaal at his house. Mohsin had got bullet wound on his wrist. 

Akhlaq Ranyan, Ijaz Ranyan, Yasir, Basharat are among 11 nominated accused. Dozens of people with modern weapons, after opening fire at Mohsin’s house, had escaped from the scene.

The accused had threatened him of dire consequences. The incident caused panic among people of the locality, the FIR said.
