Bilal, Naveed, Falak win stock category races of Flood Relief Jeep Rally

Muhammad Bilal Chaudhry won the stock A-category race of  ‘Thar Flood Relief Jeep Rally 2023’ held in the Mithi district on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

He achieved the target in 1 hour 15 minutes and 21 seconds. Naveed Wasti captured the first position in the stock B-category. He completed the 107 km trek in 1 hour 19 minutes 50 seconds. 

Flak Sher secured the first position in the stock C-category and finished the race in 1 hour and 23 minutes, leaving everyone behind. 

Meanwhile, Abdul Ghani Dasti's car overturned in stock B-category and his car’s windshield was also broken.

As many as 38 stock category vehicles participated in the race, in which rally drivers and racers from across the country participated. 

A musical night and prize distribution ceremony will be held at Faisal Stadium Muzaffargarh.

The four-day “Thar Flood Relief Jeep Rally” from Jan 5 to 8 in Tharparkar is being organised to support the people who were affected by the flood in the second half of the last year in Sindh and Balochistan. Well-known rally drivers of the country are taking part in the event. 

This race will help 50 million flood victims. Winners, runners-up and other racers will also donate 50 percent of their prize money to flood victims.
