Prime Minister Imran Khan is saddened to learn of legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar's passing away and said he could never forget Dilip Kumar’s generosity in sparing time to help raise funds for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMTH), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Imran Khan said Dilip Ji helped the project during his launch and that was the most difficult time.

Imran Khan said that Dilip Kumar extended his generosity when he had to raise the first 10 percent of the funds for the cancer hospital and his appearance in Pakistan and London helped raise huge amounts.
Imran Khan also paid glowing tributes to the King of Tragedy Dilip Kumar for his outstanding and matchless acting skills. He further tweeted,” Apart from this, for my generation, Dilip Kumar was the greatest and most versatile actor.”

Moreover, PTI Senator Faisal Javed shared an old video clip of Dilip Kumar in which he can be seen praising cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan who was then an international cricket star.
