PML-N leaders including Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Khurram Dastgir, Marriyum Aurangzeb, and others told a presser yesterday that the load shedding of electricity would further be reduced in July as the production of coal plants was increased.

Abbasi said the loadshedding would be reduced from tomorrow to 3 ½ hours and from June 16, it would also be less than 3 hours.

He further stated that the government would reduce the load shedding to 1 ½ to 2 hours only from June 30, and would be able to further reduce it in July.
