Hours after the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued arrest warrants for PTI Chief Imran Khan, the commission also issued bailable arrest warrants for PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry in the contempt of ECP and chief election commissioner (CEC) case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The election commission issued the warrants after Fawad failed to appear despite summons.
The ECP directed the inspector general of police (IGP), Islamabad to implement the warrants.
The commission ordered Fawad to appear on March 14.
