Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested three terrorists with explosives in a joint operation with Rawalpindi police who apparently were going to target Adiala Jail, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to City Police Officer Rawalpindi (CPO) besides the heavy weapons, explosive, hand grenades and IEDs, a map of Adiala Jail was also recovered from the arrested terrorists during the operation.

The CPO said that the terrorists belong to Afghanistan. It is worth mentioning that PTI founder chairman Imran Khan is detained in the jail.
