Objection raised on petition filed against illegal detention of IK attack suspect

Objection was raised Sunday on the petition against the illegal detention of the main suspect Naveed in alleged murder attack on Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Lahore High Court LHC scheduled the objection petition for hearing and Justice Anwar-ul-Haq Pannu will hear the objection petition tomorrow. Justice Anwar-ul-Haq Pannu will order the Registrar's office to overturn or maintain the objection to the application.
The LHC Registrar Office has raised an objection regarding the petitioner not being the affected party saying that an unrelated person cannot file an application for recovery on one’s behalf.
The application was filed through Miss Dilshad Khan’s council who is daughter of Liaquat Ali Khan and the Chief Secretary, Inspector General Punjab, Additional IG for Counter-terrorism department CTD and In-charge CTD Chung were made parties in the filed petition.
