Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Saleem Mandviwalla and Ijaz Haroon got a big relief from an accountability court in Islamabad after it sent the Kidney Hills reference back to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court sent the case back to the NAB because of the new amendment in their law.
The court’s spokesperson said that because of the new amendment bill, the Kidney Hills fake accounts case does not anymore come under the court’s authority.
Nadeem Mandviwalla, Tariq Mehmood, Ijaz Haroon and seven other accused were nominated in the case and had challenged the NAB reference in the accountability court.
