The Lahore High Court (LHC) Wednesday rejected the bail application of PTI diehard Khadija Shah, Alia Hamza Malik and other accused allegedly involved in the case of attack and arson on Jinnah House and Askari Tower, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

A case has been registered against famous fashion designer Khadija Shah and others by Police Station Sarwar Road and Gulberg for alleged involvement in the attack and arson on Jinnah House and Askari Tower on May 9.

The accused Khadija Shah and others approached the High Court for bail on July 3.

A two-member bench of the LHC, led by Justice Miss Alia Neelam, has disposed of the bail petitions and directed the accused, including Khadija Shah, to approach the trial court. They have also been instructed to cooperate with the ongoing police investigation into the cases against them. This means that they will not be granted bail at the High Court level and will need to seek relief from the trial court while complying with the police investigation.
