Lahore Railway administration launched the Eid special train for Narowal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to details, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan Railways, Aamir Ali Baloch approved the decision of the Eid special train for Narowal.

The train will depart from Lahore Railway Station at 9:20 AM for Narowal on April 9.

Moreover, all railway reservation offices will be closed on the first day of Eidul-Fitr, the administration said.

On the second day of Eid, the office will be closed till 2 pm.

Earlier, Pakistan Railways announced arrangements to run four special trains on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr to facilitate passengers leaving for their home towns to celebrate the occasion.

The first special train left Karachi for Peshawar yesterday at 6 pm. 

The second special train departed from Quetta for Rawalpindi yesterday at 10 am.

The third special train will depart from Karachi to Lahore on April 8 at 9 pm.

The fourth special train will depart from Lahore to Karachi at 5 pm on April 9.
