Former president Asif Ali Zardari has paid tribute to late Arshad Javed Ghurki for his services for Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.

Arshad Javed Ghurki was an asset of the PPP and his services will be remembered, Asif Ali Zardari said while talking to relatives of deceased. The former president visited the residence of deceased to offer condolence. Former federal minister Samina Khalid Ghurki and ex-provincial minister Farooq Ghurki welcomed the former president. Othe1r family members were also present.

Arshad Ghurki served the nation as a member of parliament in the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto’s regime in 1988-1990. He was the younger brother of former minister late Khalid Ghurki and brother-in-law of Samina Khalid Ghurki. The deceased was the vice-chairman of the Ghurki Trust Hospital.
