The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) Wednesday wrote a letter to the Punjab chief secretary, asking him to take an immediate action against the artificial fuel crisis, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the Ogra sources, a list of those involved in creating artificial fuel crisis in the market has been provided to the administration.
The list was based on intelligence reports.
The Ogra has also directed to carry out raids on illegal warehouses in Punjab.
It has also directed stringent measures to ensure uninterrupted supply of petroleum products in the province.
It has also formed enforcement teams to inspect warehouses.
