The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday approved 10-day interim bail of PTI-supported candidate Amir Mughal in a terrorism case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the bail plea of Amir Mughal who was contesting election from NA-46 in Islamabad.
The court directed the PTI candidate to submit surety bond worth 200,000 rupees.
Amir Mughal moved the IHC after the rejection of his bail plea in the trial court. Advocates Sardar Masroof and Atique Rehman appeared in the court as counsels for Amir Mughal.
