Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has said there are reasons why Prime Minister Imran Khan is not going to Quetta to console the Hazara mourners; however he will not disclose those reasons, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to the media in Islamabad on Friday, Sheikh Rasheed said already all demands of the Hazara community had been accepted, and it was hoped the issue would be resolved today (Friday) amicably.

He further said so far four gangs had been busted which planned to kill Shia Ulema.

He made it clear that the prime minister would go to Quetta only after members of the Hazara community buried their dead.

The minister said every Pakistani, including PM Imran, had been shaken by the massacre of Hazara miners in Machh, and that politicizing the issue made no sense.
