PPP leader and Federal Minister for Water Resources Syed Khursheed Shah on Friday demanded of PTI Chairman Imran Khan to leave politics after the emergence of harassment scandal of a woman by the former NAB chairman, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In his reaction to the former NAB chairman scandal, Khursheed Shah said the head of entire nation bowed in shame after learning that the victim woman, Tayyaba Gul, was kept in the PM House during the tenure of previous government. He demanded of former prime minister Imran Khan to immediately step down as PTI chairman.

“Imran has no right to take part in politics after this serious allegation. First, he should face the transparent investigation. State is like a mother and the importance of PM House is like a shelter home for the daughters of the nation,” the minister held.

“What would be the biggest allegation other than this to soil the name of the state and country’s politics,” he added.

Khursheed Shah said that it was so shameful to make the PM House a harassment centre for the daughters of the nation. He said it had been transpiring that Imran allegedly kept Tayyaba Gul at PM House to blackmail former NAB chairman Javed Iqbal.

“The former PM crossed every limit to victimize his political opponents,” he said lamenting that it’s so pitiful that Imran gave State of Medina example to the victim woman in this loathsome case.

He demanded of all the investigation agencies and parliament to reach the bottom of this scandal at any cost.
