Reacting to the statement of Naseeruddin Shah, a legendary Indian actor about the Sindhi language, Pakistani actress Mansha Pasha said that she totally disagreed with Shah as she was a Sindhi-speaking Pakistani, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a recent interview, Naseeruddin Shah stated that the ‘Sindhi language is no longer spoken in Pakistan’.
Taking to Twitter, Mansha Pasha penned that she disagrees with this opinion as a proud Sindhi who also speaks Sindhi at home.
The veteran actor Shah found himself at the center of a controversy following his claims.
Speaking about his latest TV series Taj in a promotional interview, he claimed, Pakistan has many languages including Balochi, Siraiki, Bari, and Pushto, however, Sindhi is no longer spoken.

Shah’s comments did not sit well with Pakistanis and for all the right reasons as it is one of the widely spoken languages in the country.
