Russia took 47 Ukrainian settlements in 2024: Putin

Russia has captured 47 Ukrainian towns and villages since the start of 2024, President Vladimir Putin said Friday.

"Since the beginning of this year alone, 47, I think, settlements have been liberated," Putin told attendees at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.
