Imran Abbas is a brilliant actor who has been entertaining us for decades and given us memorable performances in Khuda Aur Muhabbat, Tum Kon Piya, Dil-e-Muztar, Creature 3D, Ay Dil Hai Mushkil, and Mera Naam Yousuf Hai.
The actor has revealed that he said no to a good number of films during a career spanning almost two decades.
He appeared as a guest on ‘The Mirza Malik Show’ where he made some shocking revelations. He was questioned by the host about why he has not recently worked on a Pakistani film. To which he replied:
“All superhit movies of Pakistan in recent times were first offered to me, but I turned them all down. I still had the scripts for 50 Pakistani movies. However, I prefer working on international films because I believe Indian films have stronger and better scripts than Pakistani films. I believe that the script and storyline of Pakistani films still need a lot of work. Or perhaps I lack the skills necessary to perform in such exquisite Pakistani films.”
He further revealed that he has currently three movies in his kitty, but they are not Pakistani films; rather, they are international projects, one of which is from Hollywood. The other two are Indian, and one of them is an Indian Punjabi film.

Although Imran Abas has proved his mettle as an actor, sometimes, he made some bad choice, and declined the movies that went on to become blockbusters like Raam Leela and Ashiqui 2.
