Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Saturday alleged Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leaders and workers for attacking its Lahore office, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
FIA Assistant Director had given an application to register a case against the PML-N trespassers to the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore Additional Inspector General Ghulam Mahmood Dogar.
As per details mentioned in the FIA’s application, the PML-N leaders including Deputy General Secretary Attaullah Tarar, party spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb, former MNA Mian Marghoob Ahmad, former MPA Ghazali Saleem Butt along with 12 unidentified workers trespassed criminally in the FIA Lahore office located at Temple Road.
It said the PML-N attackers entered inside the office that was closed by the orders of the National Command Operation Center (NCOC) decision and tried to search some documents.
It further stated in the application of the FIA that the PML-N attackers also violated the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by the NCOC to avoid coronavirus.
Giving rebuttal to this incident, the PML-N leader Attaullah Tarar in a tweet denied the allegations of FIA saying they entered the office peacefully through an open gate so couldn’t call invaders.
He further tweeted that when they entered in the FIA Lahore Office, the media with their cameras was also present that could show the facts about what happened factually.
