PCB chief wants cricket promotion in Balochistan
Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has expressed his resolve to promote cricket in Balochistan, 24NewsHD TV channel reports.
“We want cricket to be promoted in Balochistan as well,” the federal interior minister said while talking to the media in Quetta on Tuesday.
Flanked by Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti and former premier Anwarul Haq Kakar, the PCB chief said: “We will try to bring PSL to Balochistan.
He added: “Floodlights are being installed in the stadiums of Balochistan and the project will be completed at the earliest.
“We will also try to organize matches in Gwadar Stadium. Sarfaraz Bagti and Anwar Haq Kakar will not let the people of Balochistan be ignored.”
He shared the stadium upgrade project, saying that the stadiums of Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi are being upgraded in the first phase.
The Balochistan CM thanked the interior minister for the floodlights project saying: “The installation of floodlights in the stadium was a long-standing demand of the people of the province. We are grateful to the PCB chairman.

Anwarul Haq Kakar shed light on wheat production and the country’s needs. “There is no healthy debate on wheat import,” he said.
