Maryam Nawaz congrats Biden, Kamala on ‘amazing’ win

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz Sharif has sent a message of congratulations and best wishes to US President-elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on their amazing election win.

She said: “This indeed is a victory that will be received favourably across the globe.”

Maryam Nawaz expressed the hope that this win would be a promising start to better and brighter US-Pak relations.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan has also congratulated Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on winning US election.

Imran Khan said that he looks forward to working with him to end illegal tax havens and steal the nation’s wealth from corrupt leaders. “Pakistan will also continue to work with the US for peace in Afghanistan and in the region,” PM added.

“Congratulations JoeBiden & KamalaHarris. Look forward to President-elect Biden's Global Summit on Democracy & working with him to end illegal tax havens & stealth of the nation's wealth by corrupt leaders. We will also continue to work with the US for peace in Afghanistan & in the region,” PM said this on twitter.
