All set to auction Nawaz Sharif’s property on Nov 19, notification issued

Lahore administration Monday issued a notification of auction the property of self-exiled former premier Main Nawaz Sharif’s property located in Lahore on November 19.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, 20 banners regarding the auction would be put up in Cantt, property place at 135 Upper Mall, Town Hall and other important places of Lahore city.

Assistant Commissioner Cantt Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha issued the notification of the auction of the former premier's property on November 19 as per the order of Accountability Court No 3 Islamabad.

The notification said that the auction of Mian Nawaz Sharif’s property located at 135 Upper Mall Lahore would also be advertised on social media.

The notification said that the auction of the former premier's property located at Mouza Mian Mir, 135 Upper Mall has a worth of Rs85.5 million. The total area of Main Nawaz Sharif’s property on Upper Mall is 2 Kanal and 8 Marla.

According to the notification issued by the AC Cantt, a letter will be written to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Excise Department and Police in this regard.

The notification further said that the security deposits would be received from the participants of the auction on November 18.
