The management of Peshawar Engineering University on Friday suspended a library official for allegedly issuing fake receipts to the students of the payment of their fees, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to the notification issued, the library attendant will remain suspended for 90 days or until an inquiry into the case was complete.  

It had come to light that the fees deposited by over 70 male and female students did not land in the university’s account.
