Nobody above law, including myself: PM Imran on Tareen

Commenting on corruption references filed against Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader and his time-tested friend Jahangir Khan Tareen, Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Friday that whosoever was facing such charges should go to the court to prove his innocence, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

“In the state of Medina, everybody was equal before the law,” he said, and vowed, “We will build Pakistan on the pattern of state of Medina.”

He made it clear that no one was above the law, including himself.
