Sarwat Gillani, a Pakistani actress, has recounted her fan girl experience with the famous Bollywood filmmaker, Karan Johar.
The actress reminisced about the whole interaction involving herself, Karan, and her spouse, Fahad Mirza, during a recent interview.
Sarwat stated that the experience was incredible, describing it as a fan moment since she followed him on Instagram and admired his energy. She mentioned turning to Fahad in excitement, exclaiming repeatedly, "Oh my god, it's Karan!" .
She noted that her reaction towards Karan mirrored the way people typically react upon seeing her.
Upon noticing her visible joy, her husband encouraged her to relax and approached Karan for a selfie. Karan warmly greeted them and inquired about their place of origin.
"Such a humble and down-to-earth star."
Describing the filmmaker's demeanor, Sarwat mentioned that he was very kind. Initially, he took a photo with them, and later Fahad requested a video where Karan had to greet Pakistan, which he gladly did, overlooking the tensions between the two countries.
Netizens made fun of her, saying that behaving this way towards Karan will not secure her an entry into Bollywood.
