SHC CJ refuses to become SC ad hoc judge

Sindh High Court Chief Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh in a letter apologized Judicial Commission from becoming an ad hoc judge of the apex court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

It is pertinent to note that Judicial Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday (tomorrow) for appointment of SHC Chief Justice on ad hoc.

SHC CJ said that he was ready to join the Supreme Court of Pakistan on a permanent while refusing elevation to the apex court on ad hoc basis.
