Recent days have seen a surge of speculations on social media regarding the renowned Islamic scholar, Dr. Zakir Naik, with many questioning the authenticity of claims suggesting his demise. 

Unsubstantiated rumors circulating on the internet have falsely asserted that Dr. Zakir Naik has passed away, causing unwarranted concern among his followers and the public.

Upon thorough investigation, these claims have been found to be baseless fabrications. As of December 2023, Dr. Zakir Naik is alive and in good health.

There is no credible evidence supporting the rumors surrounding his alleged death. The misinformation appears to be a malicious attempt at a death hoax, lacking any factual foundation.

Born on October 18, 1965, in Mumbai, India, Zakir Abdul Karim Naik is a prominent figure in the Islamic world. He is the founder and president of the Islamic Research Foundation (IRF) and Peace TV.

While not aligned with any specific school of thought in Islam, he is closely associated with the Salafi school. Dr. Zakir Naik draws inspiration from notable figures such as Ahmed Deedat, Israr Ahmed, Rahmatullah Kairanawi, and Salman al-Ouda.

His educational journey includes studies at the University of Mumbai. Married to Farhat Naik, he is a proud parent to Fariq Zakir Naik, Rushda Naik, and Zikra Naik. Dr. Zakir Naik continues to be a respected Islamic scholar, inspiring millions around the world, despite the recent unfounded rumors surrounding his well-being.
